Terms of service

1. What Park Eez is

Park Eez (parkeez.com and the Park Eez apps) is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects people who have private parking spaces ("hosts") with people who need parking ("drivers"). We provide the listing, booking, payment, and enforcement tools. We do not own, control, inspect, or operate the spaces themselves — the parking arrangement is between the host and the driver.

2. Your account

You need a verified phone number to sign up, and a valid payment card on file to browse and book spaces. Keep your account information accurate and your login to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

3. Booking and parking

• A booking entitles you to park the registered vehicle in the booked space for the booked window, subject to the listing's stated rules.
• Need longer? Request an extension in the app — extra time is charged pro-rata at the space's hourly rate with no additional minimum.
• If you stay past your paid time without extending, the host's overstay penalty rate (shown on the listing before you book) is charged automatically, pro-rated per minute.
• Park only in the booked space, don't block access for others, and follow reasonable instructions in the listing.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Israeli shekels (₪). Payment cards are processed by Tranzila, an Israeli payment processor; Park Eez servers never store your card number.
• Every booking has a minimum charge of ₪20, however short. The exact total — including any EV charging you add — is shown before you confirm.
• Instant-book spaces are charged when the booking confirms. Request spaces are charged only when the host accepts. Charges are executed server-side and may complete moments after confirmation; your receipt appears in the app.
• The price you see includes Park Eez's 20% platform fee; the host receives the remaining 80%.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Pending requests: cancel any time before the host accepts — free, and you haven't been charged.
• Confirmed bookings: cancel more than 30 minutes before the start time for a full refund to your original card. Within 30 minutes of the start, or after it, the booking is non-refundable.
• Host declines or cancels: you are not charged (or are refunded in full).
• Problems at the space (occupied, inaccessible, materially not as described): report it in the app right away. Our team reviews every report and issues refunds where the report checks out.
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method; the app notifies you when the refund is executed.

6. Hosting

• Only list a space you own or have clear authority to rent out (for example, your landlord's or building's permission where required). You are responsible for your listing being lawful.
• Describe the space accurately — location pin, the address text drivers see, size, access, and availability hours.
• Honour confirmed bookings. If a booked driver can't use the space because of you or your listing's inaccuracy, we may refund the driver and deduct accordingly.
• You set your hourly price, overstay penalty rate, availability, and booking mode (instant or approve-each-request), and can change them any time for future bookings.
• Your 80% share of bookings, extensions, and penalties accrues to your Park Eez balance as bookings complete.
• Your earnings are yours to declare; taxes are your responsibility.
• We may pause or remove listings that break these terms or generate repeated verified problem reports.

7. On-the-spot services

On supported bookings, drivers can order car-care services (for example an exterior wash at ₪65, full wash at ₪130, or deep detail at ₪290) performed by independent professionals at the parked car. The pro is paid their 80% share only after the driver confirms the work. An unclaimed job can be cancelled for a full refund.

8. Monthly passes

Some spaces offer a 30-day unlimited pass. It's charged in full when purchased, covers parking on that space for its stated period (EV charging remains payable), and is not transferable.

9. Credits and referrals

Referral rewards (currently ₪20 for each side, when the invited friend qualifies) and other credits offset future charges on Park Eez. Credits have no cash value and can't be withdrawn.

10. Acceptable use

No fraud, no listing spaces you have no right to rent, no dangerous or unlawful parking, no harassment of hosts, drivers, or pros, no circumventing the platform to avoid fees. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11. Insurance and liability

Park Eez does not currently provide insurance. Hosts are responsible for their property and for holding any insurance they consider appropriate; drivers are responsible for their vehicle and its contents and for their own motor insurance. Park Eez provides the platform "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid through the platform in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Disputes between users

Report problems in the app — that's the fastest path. We review every report, may charge or refund in line with these terms, and notify you of the outcome. Disputes we can't resolve remain between the host and the driver.

13. Changes

We'll update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes are flagged in the app. Continuing to use Park Eez after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute with Park Eez belongs to the competent courts in Israel.
