For drivers
How does Park Eez work for drivers?
Sign up with your phone, add a card, and the live map unlocks. Book a private driveway or bay by the hour — or scan a Park Eez QR sign right at the kerb — park, and extend from your phone if you need more time.
What does parking cost?
Each host sets their own hourly rate and your time is pro-rated per minute. Every booking has a ₪20 minimum, and you see the exact total before you confirm. Cards are charged in shekels.
Why do I need a card before I can browse?
It keeps the marketplace real: hosts know every driver on the map can actually pay, and drivers only see real, bookable spaces. Your card is vaulted with our payment processor — Park Eez never stores the number.
What is the difference between instant book and request?
Instant-book spaces confirm and charge immediately. Request spaces ask the host first — you are only charged if they accept.
Can I cancel a booking? What gets refunded?
Yes. While a request is still waiting for host approval, cancelling is free — you haven’t been charged. Once confirmed, cancel more than 30 minutes before the start for a full refund to your card. Inside 30 minutes of the start (or after it), the booking isn’t refundable. If the host declines or cancels, you’re not charged.
What if I need more time?
Extend from the booking screen. Extra minutes are charged at the same hourly rate, pro-rated, with no extra minimum — and the same rule applies: instant spaces extend instantly, request spaces ask the host.
What happens if I overstay?
The host’s overstay penalty rate — shown before you book — is charged automatically, per minute past your paid time. Extending is always the cheaper move.
What if the space is occupied or I can’t get in?
Open the booking and tap Report a problem straight away. Every report goes to our team for resolution — including refunds where the report checks out.
What is a monthly pass?
Some spaces offer a 30-day unlimited pass: pay once and park whenever the space is open, with no per-visit charge. EV charging, if you use it, is still billed separately.
Can I get my car washed while it’s parked?
Yes — on supported bookings you can order an exterior wash (₪65), a full wash (₪130), or a deep detail (₪290) from an independent pro, done right at the space. You confirm the work before the pro gets paid.
For hosts
What can I list?
A driveway, private parking bay, or garage — any space you own or have clear permission to rent out. You pin the exact spot, write the address drivers see, and set your price, hours, and rules.
How much do I earn as a host?
You keep 80% of everything — bookings, extensions, and overstay penalties. Park Eez keeps 20%, and only when you earn. Listing is free and there’s no cap on your price.
When do I get paid?
Your 80% share lands in your Park Eez balance automatically as bookings complete — no invoicing, no chasing.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Choose instant book (requests inside your hours are auto-accepted and paid) or approve each request from a popup. Decline anything that doesn’t fit — the driver isn’t charged.
What about squatters and overstays?
Drivers who stay past their paid time are auto-charged your penalty rate, per minute. For someone parked without a booking, or any dispute, file a report from the app — every report is reviewed and you’re notified of the outcome.
Who handles taxes on my earnings?
You do. Earnings from renting out your space are yours, and declaring them correctly for your circumstances is your responsibility.
Payments, trust & contact
How are payments processed?
In shekels, by Tranzila, an Israeli payment processor. Your card number is vaulted with the processor — Park Eez servers never store it — and every charge is computed and executed server-side. Refunds go back to the same card, and the app notifies you when the money moves.
Is there a referral program?
Yes — invite a friend from the app and you each get ₪20 credit when they qualify. The details are on the invite screen in your account.
How do I verify my account?
With a one-time code sent to your phone over SMS or WhatsApp (delivered by Twilio Verify), or by signing in with your Google account.
How do I contact Park Eez?
The fastest route is in the app: open the booking or space and tap Report a problem. Every report is reviewed by a person, and you’re notified of the resolution in the app.
